HELP!! I can't get in the model!

When I open my local file it is asking for me to get permission for my colleague who is not in the model. When he goes to open his local file it says the same thing to ask me to relinquish everything. how do I get around this?

Try to open the central file directly (that should give you the option to create a new local file)

You saved the model on Dropbox or OneDrive didn't you?

we ended up just creating a new central file from a saved backup file. worked fine after that.
