Height of walls not changing

Dear All,

The top constraint is currently set to be at the highest floor (and the base constraint is set to the ground floor).   However the height of the walls is not changing when I change this top constraint.  I would like it to be a wall that goes all the way from the ground floor uninterrupted to the roof.

Do you know why the walls height is not changing when I change the number in the top constraint?

Thanks in advance,

Nina

Edit... I deleted the floor and then the wall shot upwards.  Self resolved

Press the Reveal Constraints button and see if there are any hidden constraints acting on the wall.

So, it was Attached? Use Detach All to break the association.

For future reference, I'm guessing the tops of your walls were attached to that floor you deleted. Just select the walls and use the "Detach Top/Base" tool next time.

Also for future reference, try to model how things will actually be built. Does that wall actually punch through all of those floors to the roof? I would guess they are all individual walls. Use Copy and Paste-Aligned to Selected levels to place the wall on each level quickly.
