Need some more clues about how your model is configured for this calculation however fundamentally Revit either does the work based on massing/forms or the model elements (walls, floors etc.). If the former is assigned then the lack of massing would return such values since it isn't looking for the model elements. Review your energy analysis settings, linked file settings (if a linked model is used), and then the Room Bounding settings for the related elements themselves. There are quite a few interrelated settings to review.

I will just explain you that what i did, At first, I used architectural project and linked my structure file in order to create my space correctly then i do my energy analysis.....for checking whether am i right or wrong - i did the same thing for a mock model (i.e)for a single room and analyzed everything at that time i got correct values and wall, floor, roof areas where assigned properly...but why i can't find solution for this and help me to solve this problem....and one more thing i need t be clarified that if i get some errors like this means Revit is not showing error box and where can find error box.....
Well, what is different about your mock model and the one you are trying to get results from? What happens if the Structural model isn't there? Does the architectural model use phases, design options? If you examine all the ways your mock up model can be different from the actual model you should find the issue.
The values of 0 isn't an error so no message. It's just the result of the analysis, in other words Revit is saying, "Sorry, I didn't find any walls." It isn't evaluating the result, just reporting it.
Did you check the Energy Settings: Mode - 3 choices: Use Building Elements, Use Conceptual Masses and Use Conceptual Masses and Building Elements. The default is the third (last) choice in my templates.
