Having trouble tranferring Revit from my old computer to my new one

I am trying to download/install Revit from my account to my new computer from the management page. I removed/unistalled Revit from my old computer then tryed to install on my new one. The dowload box says I have 0 of 1 seats available. I cannot download Revit on my new computer, does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thanks,

try the following:

1.  uninstall revit from the first computer using the Autodesk Uninstall Tool

2.  do a manual clean uninstall by removing all remaining files/folders/registry entries

      https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles...

3.  go to second computer and download software

     www.upandready.typepad.com

use Ask Virtual Agent (Yellow/Orange button) to get to Download Links window...download Revit

4.  install Revit on second computer...log into your account with your username/password

Thanks dzanta,

This was helpful. Turned out that my new computer has a Macafee trial on it and it was blocking the install. Once I disabled Macafee it installed without an issue. I am up and working again.

Thanks,
