Having RVT file, needs to be convert a dwg file

We have a customer file from revit, wee need to export as a dwg file.

 

when i open the file it showing a message like the below.

hello, when you open the file tick detached from central and saves in a new name or go to options and change your username to david.lanning before opening the file.
