For detail drawing custom creation of hatch pattern has very basic options, and it has not advanced from Revit 2017 to 24! It would be amazing if we can edit the imported .pat files in a much better way.

Do yourself a favor and install pyrevit, then you can create custom fill patterns by drafting. Or go to online pattern creator such as pattycake to create them. The days of messing with lines of codes are over.
