HATCH looking good depending on SCALE

Hello, I have included an insulation hatch into a wall type, but depending the scale showing it looks good (scale 1:20) or not (scale 1:5) as you can see as per attached. Help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Assuming it is only for sections, I would recommend using the annotation tool for insulation. Instance properties allow flexibility. You can find it on the annotation ribbon on the Detail panel.

We had this problem for precast concrete hatch. We use a circle. (We save concrete hatch for insitu walls). The solution was create multiple hatches for various scales/thickness. We went to the trouble because it affects all plans, sections and details. It looks bad when you look at the list, but filters and view templates make it a non-issue for me.
