Hatch in the floor

How do I make a hatch in my floor? (floor door) See attached picture.  Is there some kind of familytype like windows and wall doors I can use? 

It is very hard to google, since hatch mostly means pattern in Revit language.

Search Access Door or Access panel family.  There are plenty from various manufacturers or generic.  There is even one in the Ootb library.

You would need a floor based or a face based Generic model...depends where you will be hosting it
