Is it possible to create (or rotate) the supports of the handrail parallel at the handrail and not at the floor? Thank you

The handrail supports are a family nested into the handrail.

Edit the support family and model it how you want.

Thank you. Maybe I'm not clear to explain or I didn't understand how to do it. I personalized the support family, but when I insert it, it's parallel at the floor and not at the handrail. I try to show you in the image, in red what I want to do.

You need to edit the family and redraw the sweep for the support with an angle ref plan as the host. Then control the angle of the ref plane with a type parameter. You would have to set the angle individually for each stair to match the slope. This means you would need a new type for each support and a new railing type for each slope.
