 what is the advantage and disadvantage of grouping of room names in the model(fyi: there are typical units in the model in other levels). is this practice in the modelling are necessary? any thoughts. thank you

I typically don't group rooms in the typical unit. Reason being is your room can corrupt the group. It is easier to create a level where you place all your unit plans and add room to that level. When you schedule, you only deal with one room for that unit instead of multiple.
