If the 3d extents of the gridline extend beyond the crop of the view, the gridline will get stopped at the crop and then have a small extension away from the crop edge. The distance the gridline extends from the edge of the crop is controlled at the system level, there is no user control of this.

If you do not want the gridlines to extend beyond the edge of the crop, you will either need to bring the 3d extents of the grid inside the crop boundary, or carry the crop boundary beyond the 3d extents of the grid.

This looks normal to me.

The crop region needs to be pulled over to the right a little bit, or the view needs to be positioned on the sheet to the right a little bit.

The other option is to manipulate the 2d/3d extents of the grid so it does not interact with the crop region of the view.

The links in my first reply are to help topic that explain 2d/3d extents of the grids. Thet basically control where the ends of the grids are positioned.

In your image the 3d extents of the grid are somewhere beyond the edge of the crop region. When this happens, the grid line will stop at the edge of the crop region and then be extended a bit  beyond. That distance "a bit" is NOT something the user can control. The only way to stop it from happening is to change the 3d extents of the grid so the crop region does not cross it, or change the 2d extents in that particular view so it does not cross the edge of the crop region.

The help topic have information that explains how to do this. One has a video showing how to do this.
