Gridline elevations

I have a revit dwg with all the gridline elevations in project browsers but I cant figure out how this  elevation markers/sections on plans been switched off along those gridlines

checked filters and worksets,reveal hidden elements no luck. 

 

Has anyone faced this before any solution ??

hi, you need to go one of the elevations or sections, drag your all gridlines up to 1st storey level or below and then you will manage to see already in your plan view. hope it helps. thanks

As ennujozlagam mentioned, one thing to check is to verify that your grids extend horizontally far enough to cross the volume of the elevation or section.  Another thing to check is to verify that the elevation or section is exactly perpendicular to the grid lines.  If the elevation or section is at an angle other than 90 degrees, the grid lines will not show.

Another possibility to check...

 

Elevation view markers that reference an elevation view of a certain discipline will only show up on plan views of the same discipline.

 

For example...

 

The markers for elevation views set to the structural discipline will not display on a plan view that is set to the architectural discipline.

 

Repeat the above example for any combination of view discipline settings that you may be dealing with.

Hi All 

Thanks for taking time to reply and share experties; much appreciated. Somehow I have lost the track of that file due to other assignments

so its bit delay and pending. I could think of view tempate may hv been applied to that view
