Greyed Out Existing Phase

I have two phases - existing and new construction. The existing is showing greyed out. Is this normal?

Based on the Phase Filter you are using (Show ALL)...yes it is very normal. Show all is set to override Existing ...use Show Complete instead of Show All

Otherwise you can create a new Phase Filters (Manage tab on the ribbon), and set the desired display setting for the relevant phases (if phase is set to be Overriden, change to By Category or vise versa)

• If You do not existing phase to be Overriden at all - Under the Graphics Override tab you can remove any overrides.
