Hello - we have just upgraded our workshared model from Revit 2017 to 2019 and now our perspective views have a heap of green lines that I can't seem to select or turn off. Our model had 5 linked files from a structural engineer and the architects... I thought it was going to be 'scope boxes', but when I turned these off in the display settings of the revit links, the lines remained. See image below:
Any ideas on what they are and how I can turn them off? And generally, do scope boxes usually display green?
Cheers,
Chonty

if those are not scope boxes... and they really look like scope boxes...
go to visibility/graphics and uncheck scope boxes...
the models linked from Engineering, structural or architecture are "all" in revit or those are .dwg ?
sometimes .dwg show like that

... or just try to right click one of the lines and hide in view category to see what happen...

Not OOTB, but they are associated to an Object Style category. They can easily be changed.
Regarding the lines you're seeing; they look like a Model Line skeleton to me. If you can't select them, I suspect it's because of a selection restriction. Click on Modify and see if you have any.
@Anonymous: Are you familiar with how to use the TAB key to select elements?

Hey @aRcHiTeCt.JM - I knew it was going to be something simple and swore that it had to be scope boxes too... I had been turning off the linked files scope boxes without any changes... Just tried ticking it off in the VG for one view, which worked for that view... Then than made me realised that I didn't have 'Include' ticked in the View Properties panel of the template, hence why all my perspectives retained the green lines... THANKS!
Hey @barthbradley - Thanks for the post, but they were scope boxes in the end... And YEP - I am all over the tab key! I wasn't able to tab to select the scope boxes though. Cheers for taking the time to suggest options anyway mate. ![]()
Thanks man! You're a god!
