Grayscale Printing with Specific Lines in Color

Greetings Autodesk Community,

Our office has recently been asked to create a new Low Voltage drawing, and the customer is looking to have the Fiber Optic Pathways printed in Color, but the rest of the drawing still printed in Grayscale.

I have looked through some settings and am not seeing how to achieve this desired output.

I have done similar things in Autocad without issue, but Revit is stumping me.

Any suggestions?

Thank you,

Morgan.

You can use the Visibility and graphics and set certain object category to a specific color and lineweight. As well you can make the rest as halftone shown in screenshot below.

Create a view template that set everything to black/grey except for Fiber Optic pathways.  And print in colors under Print settings > Appearance > Colors.
