Graphite font compatibility with Revit 2020

We'd like to start using a more "architectural" font with our Revit drawings.  I have searched and seen many old posts regarding font issues.  I know the font must be installed in the Windows fonts directory for Revit to see it and use it.  The problem we are having is that while some TTF and OTF fonts we have found work in Revit, they "fall apart" when the drawing is printed as a PDF and we get jumbles of letters or rectangles.

Enter Graphite, it is an Adobe font.  We have access to it via Adobe Cloud, but that means it is not installed in the Windows directory.  So we know it works in Adobe and Microsoft products.  I believe we will have to purchase a license to be able to install it.  Before I do this, I'd like to know if anyone has experience with Graphite and if it works in Revit 2020?
