Hello all, I am running plumbing lines for a project and on the plan/elevation views the pipes that run behind others in the view have are not showing up where they cross behind them. I've attached two photos for reference, the first is how the view appears when stationary or on a sheet and the second is how the screen appears when panning or zooming. I would like for the view to always display as the second image but I don't how/if I can. Photo 1: current displayPhoto 1: current displayPhoto 2: desired displayPhoto 2: desired display

@astender

You are experiencing the "outside gap" or halo setting for mechanical, electrical and piping elements.

When panning, Revit turns off this "halo" to enhance the display speed and when you stop panning, the halo effect is applied and partially masks the conduit that is below the intersection.

This is discussed in the Help section on the link below in the part titled "Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Disciplines" near the end of the page.

About the View Discipline

  • Inside Gap and Outside Gap (halo) settings for mechanical, electrical, and piping elements are defined using the Hidden Line pane of the Mechanical Settings dialog and the Electrical Settings dialog.

The Hidden Line pane (2°)of the Piping settings control (1°) in the systems menu in your case. Set the outside gap to 0 units.

Hope this helps,
