Guys, my elevation view shows default background grade line (at red arrow in photo).
Regardless my changing the slab thickness, this line always NOT at the 0-0 elevation NOR anywhere near the slab to make sense of a grade line.
How wd I adjust this ?

What do you want to adjust?
Grade line meaning top of topo? You probably moved the elevation marker/cut plane away from its original spot. It's not cutting through the topo in the same spot as before, but downhill a bit further.
What I bumped about it maybe being related the Eye and Target Elevation being out of whack, is irrelevant though.
Ok. The level of the horizon is set by the model elements visible in that view. It's not something you can adjust. I use a filled region to show my ground line in elevation as you normally don't want to see anything below the ground anyway.
That's handy. I never would have thought that setting would affect the horizon level.
