Globe link add-in revit lt 2024

Hi everyone, I just downloaded a plug in of blocks bim for revit, but i can´t find the globe link of add-ins, how can i activate it? Or why I can't find it?

Revit LT does not allow addins.  It is one of the main limitations of this version.
