Glitchy elevation views

I'm somewhat new to Revit and I'm wondering if anyone has insight into why my elevation views are glitchy? See attached screen recording. It's making it impossible to work in and reminds me of the old Windows solitaire victory animation haha! I couldn't get this to show up in the recording but it also has an issue where if I click on an element, it will stay highlighted even if I click on something else.

I'm using Revit 2023 and have it up to date. I don't know what other information is helpful but the view includes elements I've added as well as a separate linked architectural model.

Have you update the graphic card driver?

I tried that but I'm still having the same issue.

Try to disable the hardware acceleration.
