Glazing Material Is Different Solid/Transparent

Hi, I have a curved glazing section that has the Glazing-Tinted Blue material applied to it.  There are two of these elements on one of my elevations.  However, one is transparent and the other is solid.  Both are set to the same material so I am a bit confused why this might happen.  Below is an image showing the area in question circled in yellow.

Also, what material is best for a clear glazing?  The blue circled is supposed to be set to clear but I'd like to be able to see through it. The blue glazing is set to Glass and under the glazing tab of Appearance, the colour is set to clear.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Is this a 2D or 3D Elevation? If 2D. Turn off the Subcategory that the Glass is assigned to -- AND make the Opening in the Window Family Transparent in Elevation. If 3D, make the Opening in the Window Family Transparent in 3D.
