So for whatever reason in my curtain wall door the elevation shows the glass as transperant, allowing all the interior items show through to the exterior elevations. Meanwhile the actual glass around it is opaque. What two different Panel Families, literally the glass in the door and the glass in the curtain wall panel reference the same exact material.
I really don't want to see the interior items in my exterior elevations.
Any suggestions, see attached image.

Well, Glass isn't actually Transparent in Elevation in Revit. The only way to make it look Transparent, is to hide the Category. My guess is that is what's going on your View (e.g. the Category is unchecked).
Close, after posting, I took one more look at the family, and found that the extrusions for the glass had be told to not be visible in the Front/Back view, thus, weren't showing at all. But I awarded you the solution, because you are correct. It is like anything, it had me stumped, so I figured if I asked the question an answer would materialize one way or the other.
