Hi everyone! I'm currently recreating all the phases of my building, and for example in "Post 1544" there was a wall that was cutting the roof. In the next phase, this same wall has been demolished end the part of roof reconstructed.
I noticed that I did that previously without knowing how I succeeded. When I constructed the lateral chapel (Post 1765) I had to cut the roof. but when I return to !544 that Part is refilled.
(This is an example but I have the same situation in other occasions). So is there a way to give a phase to a void object?

If you create the void as an in place model or a family then you can assign a Phase and Phase status to it normally just like any other things. Just don't use any Opening tools (wall rectangular opening, vertical opening, opening by face) because their Phasing is dependent on the host.
Hi ToanDN, I'm trying to do something similar where I have an existing deck and I need to demolish part of it in a new phase. However I can't seem to get the phasing correct and the void sweep to "demolish" the part of the deck. I can't find away to set the phasing of the void sweep. I have tried several methods, create a swept void within the original mass deck, which will cut it but no phasing. I have also tried creating a family where I can set phasing but it is not working as expected. Appreciate your advice on this.
