Hello
We have been losing dimensions and Curtain Wall Grid lines. In the past Autodesk has had me upload our model to an FTP so they can find the issue. I would like to do that again. But I would like to skip the week of back and forth preceding that.
I hope someone from Autodesk will contact me with the proper protocol and place to upload the before and after models to see why these things keep disappearing.

have whomever is managing your Autodesk software license create a customer service request
you can do this yourself as well, it is an option within this site
AutoDesk did contact me and took the model for review. The figured out how the model was changed and it is solved.
