Generic Wall-Based Family Void Not Cutting Host

Hi,

I'm assuming I'm making a huge rookie mistake here. Voids I create in a Generic Wall-Based Family do not cut through the default host wall (confirmed in 3D View).  I checked and the drawn voids are set to cut through geometry; I also pulled the voids well past both ends of the wall face to make sure the void was cutting through the object and in 3D view, they still don't cut.  Wondering what I'm doing wrong?

I've attached the rfa file for reference. Thank you in advance for taking the time to respond and potentially solve! this issue.

The Voids cut fine and dandy on my end. Are you using the Cut Geometry Tool?
