Generic Model shows as default grey in some projects

Hello, i have small problem i can't figure out. I have a family which i loaded into a projects and it shoul be colored depending on a parameter. And it worked till i used this family in another project and it shows  only greyed out. I have no visibility overrides, filters, view templates assigned.

In the same time if i copy an element from the family where the colours are displayed into this new  gray project  that elements are displayed colourful, and its the same family, (see images)

There's a difference between the families. The renamed one doesn't have a material-parameter assigned to the extrusion.

The parameter exists but isn't connected.

The renaming of elements sometimes happens in Workshared projects. Or when you copy from one prject to another. The family initially has the same name, but isn't the same, so Revit renames it.

first edit your family use your materiel,

second save it,and rename other name,

next, copy your revit project ctrl+c and open new revit project and paste your project here.

then you can load your renamed revit family..

sometimes it not working, plz delete your same family before the copy in your project..Heart
