Generic Model (In project) not showing in 3D

hi

I have created Generic Model (in project Model) within a project but it does not show in 3D view.

Steps I took

I added a 2 more levels to project

I added Generic Model whilst within Level 3.

This generic model shows in Elevation and Section Views but I cannot see it is 3D model view.  I have tried changing settings in 3D Properties.

I hope that makes sense.

Any tips appreciated.

Hard to tell from the info you provide.  Can you upload a small sample model or the family for us to see?
