I just finished making a generic model in place extrusion and Revit accepted it. When I go back to edit it, suddenly "Can't make Extrusion".

Sometimes the Revit gods are just not having it, I had this issue before could be just a corrupt model. You can always make the extrusion again worst-case...
But from looking at your screenshot looks like lines overlap. so fillet them if they do, extrusions must be in a closed loop.
Also you can see what the second error says
I would also say looking at your image, looks like your boundary line overlaps/extends at bottom right corner
I assure you guys there is no overlap. My screenshot is not a good one. I do think it's the Autodesk gods because I can create the component and Revit accepts it, but when I go back to edit it the error pops up. My suspicion is that there are some dimensions that are too small for whatever floating math Revit is doing.
