Hello,

It seems my program is missing the generic family folder. I downloaded and launched the content pack  RVTCPENU but once the install starts, it comes back saying its been installed already...how do I fix it? Thank you!

I use US Imperial

No error message shows. Just the file is missing

Student license in case that makes a difference

There is no generic family folder in the Content Library.  What is it you are trying  to do exactly?

FYI: the English Imperial content is installed at: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2023\Libraries\English-Imperial
