Generic Face-Based Family not identifying what room it is in

I have created a Generic Face-Based Signage family to create a signage schedule for my project. I turned on the room calculation point in the family and adjusted its placement. Once I loaded it into my project, it will not associate with a room - and it seems that none of my generic models are (though my furniture and specialty equipment is finding the room it is in).

Any ideas?

I am working in Revit 2022. I created the same family in a Revit 2020 project and it worked there.

Is the Room Calculation Point facing the Room side? Doesn't look like it.

Drag it to the other side.

Right now I have it on the other side of the wall so it selects the room that the sign is outside. I have moved it to various locations and it won't recognize it.

Is your Schedule set to the correct Phase? The Phase with the Rooms in it?

Maybe it's above the Upper Room Limit?  Change the Room's Limit Offset.
