Generative Design not creating elements

Has anyone else been having an issue with Generative Design not creating elements? Out of a handful of tries, it has worked only once for me and actually placed the elements.

It seems to be a little bit buggy too. I've had the 3D view model change between different studies while rotating the image in the Explore Outcomes window. Weird stuff.

What did you do right that one time? Do you remember?

The exact same thing I did all the other times. I even deleted all of the studies, didn't save my file so no changes would have been retained, restarted Revit, and redid everything the same way, and it still didn't work again.  I have no idea.
