Formula in Level family: Level Name (text) + Level Elevation (number)

Hi muggles, I'm looking for this result in a Level family in Revit:

I would like to avoid typing any value manually.

I am looking to create a calculated value as it follows:

 Any tips on how the addition should be done? I get errors with the above formulation 🙂
