How can I model this.. Is it with points?

Several ways:

- Model a thick floor and use voids to chamfer the bottom

- Mode one flat top floor, two sloped + one flat bottom floors and join them

- Model one thick floor in the middle and place slab edges to create the sloped edges, join them.

- Create a top flat floor/roof and a bottom sloped roof by extrusion and join them

- Model in place as an extrusion

Edit boundary and use slope arrows, or by edge.

Why don't you model it as an In-Place Floor. Simple extrusion.
