Floor with variable Slope in different directions

I want to model a floor of same thickness but variable slope (gradient) along different directions. You can find the attached file for reference.

Model your Floor, in the Modify Floors Tab you will see 'Modify Sub Elements'

You can use 'Add Point' where you want the slopes to go

Not able to include specific gradient percentage in Modify Sub Elements.
