Floor Plans showing different then what Architect has

Hello everyone,

Maybe someone can help me out. I'm working on a project with multiple models. I'm linking them in and everything is coming over fine. However, the architect has some sort of view template or phase setting that I need to change on my end to show the floors correctly as they assigned. I believe they created a Consultant Background view I should be using, but I can not get them to show properly not matter what I change. What I'm I missing? Do I need to transfer something over from the architects models?

VG / Revit Links tab > Display Settings column > by Linked view > pick the Consultant background view that they say you should be using from the list

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll try that and let you know how it goes. Much appreciated.

I tried it out and nothing changed. I'm thinking maybe I have the wrong model copy monitored. They have different floors being worked on in the three individual models. Could it be possible that I have to copy monitor just the floors being worked on in each model? I currently just copy monitoring from one model now.

Copy Monitor? Now this is a new information that throw away what I have suggested. Why do you need to copy monitor elements? Is showing the link directly using Linked views not adequate?

I figured it out with the information you gave me. I was over thinking it and just needed to find the linked view within the model that pertained to the floors I needed changed. It made it difficult to figure out because there are over 30 floors and only certain ones are assigned to one of the three models. Never dealt with a situation like this. Thanks for the help. It was much appreciated.
