Floor plan callouts have disappeared

Hi all, I have scoured the forums but can't find our issue.  We had hundreds of callouts in our floor plans, mostly to stair plans, and they have all disappeared.  Also disappeared is the "hide in scales coarser than" parameter in the stair plan view.  I suspect the two issues are related, but I can't figure out what happened.  Please help as we have a permit submittal coming up and need to get this fixed ASAP.  TIA.

Two minutes after I posted this, we figured it out.  There was a filter active which had nothing to do with these plans, but it had callouts turned off.  Duh!

Hide at Scale... is applicable to sections/elevation views.
