Floor Pattern Creation issue - Revit 2022

Can anyone assist me in creating a seamless Model Tile Pattern?
I’m working on a floor tile pattern and tried generating it using pyRevit. While it does create the pattern, the result isn’t seamless.

I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this. I’ve attached the drafting pattern file (Revit 2022) for reference.

Thank you in advance for your help!

First, some of your drawn lines are overlapping, so be sure to delete any segments that sit on top of one another. Overlapping geometry will always cause problems when generating a seamless model pattern.

To avoid any gaps when the pattern tiles across the surface, your pattern must be continuous on all edges:

The left and right edges must match perfectly so that the pattern can repeat horizontally without a visible break.

The same applies to the top and bottom edges — they must align and continue each other.

If you maintain this continuity on all four sides and remove overlapping lines, your pattern will generate correctly and seamless tiling will work as expected.
