Floor not visible in floor plan but only visible in 3D

Dear all,

I modeled the floor in revit 2015 and divided it into parts for floor finishes purpose. It went well and all floor finishes are visible in 3D view but the same floor is not visible in floor plan.

I clicked the bulb button and selected "select by face" and its still there but there is no option to unhide it. secondly floor category is now Analytical Floors (1).

any solution how can i make it visible in floor plan?

For those seeing this thread in the future, since my last post (2021), there has been a troubleshooting guide released to help with this situation: Guide: Troubleshooting missing or hidden elements in Revit

If the guide isn't leading to a solution, and you don't find an answer among the existing forum threads, I would suggest posting a new thread to discuss the behavior.

Just figured it out for me, same problem.

VIEW

-Visibility/Graphics

--Floors (click the row)

--- [Notice to the right, "patterns" may have two buttons showing as "Hidden".]

----Click one of them, click the visible check boxes.

-----Click ok.

------Be happy!

Im trying to upload pictures too, may or may not work.

Hi,  This time for me it was the view range, sort off.  It was set looking down and I needed looking up.

you may have the parts material set as the original , you'll need to change that in the model and than go to the plan , hit on a blank space. now, in the property panel , under graphic visibility change to shows on parts and that should solve it
