floor height offset - grayed out in Properties pallet

Hello,

I have a floor (deck) that I need to change its height offset. However, the Height Offset From Level box in the Properties pallet is grayed out and I cannot figure out why, or how to make the needed change. Please see the attached screen shot and advise if anyone on the forum has any ideas.

Thank you,

Micah

@micah , Please post another screen capture that shows all the screen, including the buttons at the bottom, and the properties of the current view.

Activate Reveal Constraints and see if anything strange.

@Alfredo_Medina and @ToanDN,

Thanks again for the assistance. I tried @ToanDN's suggestion for "Reveal Constraints," which I was not aware of. I did not find anything obvious with that, although there were two unrelated vertical constraints I removed, not knowing what they were for.

However, it then dawned on me that because of the slope I placed on the floor, the heights (Head and Tail) are controlled by:

1. selecting floor

2. Select "Edit Boundary"

3. Select Slope Arrow and modify in Properties Pallet

See the attached screenshot.
