I have some troubles calculating Floor Finishes. I made a simple example with only one room, where my floor goes under my walls. In this way i can not get correct calculation of floor finishi. It calculates hole Floor Area. Floor Finish Area and Floor Structural Material Area must not be equal. I mean some Stuctural Layers must go under the wall but the finish layer must end at the wall. So can somebody help me solve this ??

One option is creating Structural Floors and Architectural Floors separately. For Architectural Floors select every wall face (except partitions), so they don't lay into the walls. If you will work this way maybe you want to have Structural Levels (structural floor level) and Architectural (floor finish level) separately too, Revit levels have option for this. This is a realistic way to model.

I forgot to mention, another way to takeoff floor termination area very fast an practical is with revit rooms. They measure Area on their properties.

yeah rooms can do that, but rooms don't have finish material calculation parameter... so in this case it is better to do that with stuctural and architectural floors and levels..
