Wall align with floor edge below, it has shown correctly in the view but mess up one-side floor edge line weight when printing into pdf. The bottom side floor edge is shown correctly as it is not connected to another wall. A way to fix the problem ? Thanks !

I'm not sure what is happening here.
I did fix it after I make all the angles of the floor and walls to 90 degrees, align then to each other, delete the wall and create the same wall at the same place.
Please let me know if anyone finds out.
yes, this resolves the issue. Wondering why the tiny off-axis could cause the issue why REVIT can have more tolerance in the drafting?

Apparently, accuracy is very important.
In this case, the warning from Revit helped.
Without any adjustments of the tiny misalignment, simply pull the bump out away (the distance ''a" below); all line weights show correctly. But you have to keep the certain distance "a" to avoid messing up the corner line weights again. Anywhere in the REVIT to change the drafting tolerance so it is not cray about the accuracy?
