I've just installed Revit 2025.2 in the hope that I can now link our very small (only 20Mb) IFC models which have been exported from ArchiCAD into Revit. Unfortunately no improvement in this version.
If our project is required to link IFC models, we will need to remain in Revit 2023 until the issues are resolved.

David
If you file an issue we can see what's wrong with your particular files.

Are you using the exporting add-ins from ArchiCAD for Revit. Have you seen or heard of Speckle. They have "connectors" that facilitate transferring data from various applications.

Thank you for your replies, yes I have logged the issue with Autodesk.
That's interesting regarding Speckle. I'll learn more. Unfortunatly the Architects using ArchiCAD are somewhat dismisive of providing alternatives given the IFCs have no issues in there software.
It feels like Revit 2025 has taken a bit of a step backward given that Revit 2023 & Revit 2024 have no problems linking the ifc files. I'd love for the issues to be fixed in the next updates so we can enjoy the latest features.
