Finish schedule column cells drop down not working

Working on room finish schedule and I am not able to edit the cells in some of the columns.. the cells in other columns have a drop down symbol when I click on them but the other columns do not have that option where in I can change the input. Are they locked by any chance.. how do I unlock them or make them work like others

If the cells cannot be edited, there is a good chance that the Rooms exist in a Linked Model.  Do you have any Linked Revit Models? 

Also, if you check the FIELDS tab in the Schedule Properties, there is a checkbox at bottom left for 'Include Elements in Links'. Is that box checked or not checked?

I saw that.. its unchecked..

If the parameters are driven by a key schedule then you cannot edit them directly, you need to change the key value instead.

Yes, given that the Links are not included in your schedule @ToanDN's response seems likely (data value is being goverened by the Key Schedule).
