finish layer

i Edit the wall properties and unlock finish layer of the wall ....i want  the wall finish passing trough from one floor to the next floor above, but in the section there is just   blue arrow for the whole wall ...????

You don't have the Bottom unlocked; just the Top. I can see that under Properties: "Bottom Extension Distance" is grayed out.
