You'll have to open the project, under the Project Browser window, find the Families grouping, right-click it, use the Search, write down the name of the family (it will jump to the family), right-click the family name and hit Save.

Oh, ok.  So it's not in default family. It's an import .rfa, right?

Thank's for screenshot.

Also - in the model - select the family object, at the top of the screen click Edit Family. The family will open up and then you can save it wherever you need to.

Yes; it's a Loadable Family; an RFA.

An easy way for you to check if the family is system or loadable is to select an instance of the family in your project, click Edit Type and check how the name of the family is displayed.

If it's just the name, it's loadable, if it has "System Family:" before the name of the family, well, obviously it's system.
