We have a similar problem.
Our company is settled in Belgium and has different office that works in the Flemish region and others in the Wallonië.
In Wallonië they use a French version of Revit and the Flemish part use the English version.
When we work in work-sharing via BIM360 and we create a filter via 'type and families', settled on ' equals' the filter ask to choose via pull down menu the category name and if it's done from the french side it search the family category in French.
When the same filter is then used by the Flemish part, it doesn't work because the category is in french...
Exemple:
1) we create two kind of sections: one for structural use and the other for architecture using the same family, but giving two different types.
2) The french side make a filter through 'type and families' and selection filter ' equal' ;
in the pul-down list - on their french version of Revit - the family and type is called 'coupens ( type section)'
3) the flemish office try to use the filter and it doesn't work because the system doesn't recognise the term 'coupens': they have to re-open the pull down menu and select onder 'section( type section)'
Quite disturbing problem that appeared from version 2019 of Revit.
