Filter schedule by sheet

hi all i am having some issues with filtering schedules by sheets, 

i am trying to scedule out the plumbing fixtures in my detailed room drawings so using the filter by sheet feature is perfect apart from for some families it still counts in adjacent rooms which are outside of the cropped region for that particular room, 

doors seem to work fine but plumbing fixtures i am struggling with, 

has anyone else come across this?

Have you try adjusting the elevation far clip offset so it only show within the room and not object beyond the clip?

Any of those families using the Invisible Model Line Trick in them?
