Filter not working properly

Hi everyone,

I have been hitting my head against the wall for quite some time due to this issue that I have encountered.

I have several models linked into one model, in here I have created few filters to color certain items based on parameter, so far so good.  I specifically have 3 filters, they all do the same things but based on a certain value they color items differently.

On of these filters do not work no matter what I try, it is set up the same way as the other two that work.

I have attached some pictures for clarity, I have simplified immensely the problematic filter, now it is only supposed to color one single item based on its value and somehow it is still failing in doing so.

Picture 1 shows the rule that I created, pic 2 shoes the property of the element that should be filtered, (they clearly match), pic 3 shows that if I do not use the filters but I just override the entire category (specialty equip) it works.

Does anyone have a suggestion? What am I doing wrong?

Best regards

Simone

Hi Luis, yes you are right, I attached the wrong screenshot, I have attached again the correct one:

Pic1 is the screenshot of the filter that I am trying to use as you can see the value matches the property of the element (pic2). The element is still not changing color in Revit.

Are the items specialty equipment?
What if you create a new view and apply that filter?

Can you upload (small part of) your project with issues, so that we cvan check

Yes they are from the same category, and yes the one in the picture was a new view.

Unfortunately I cannot share the models due to copyright and sizes as well..

Maybe I will try to split the filter in 3 parts since it has almost 200 conditions. That is the only thing I can think of.

solved by deleting and creating the filter from scratch..
