I am just wondering anyone came across this issue before. I have filled region with curved boundary but the hatch line leaks outside their boundary (please see attached image). Any idea or solution?

It looks to me like 2 different detail elements. Betcha if you hide one, the other will remain visible. In any case, edit the filled region (hatch) to adjust it's boundary.
...if you are still having issues, post the file here so we can examine.
Hi there, thanks for your email and sorry for the delay in reply due to seasonal festive.
I showed 2 different filled regions to demonstrate the problem with various filled regions pattern. In any case, attached is a project file which has this filled region in it. Could you please let me know your thoughts?
Strange.
I copied the sketch boundary to another project and used it in a new filled region. The same thing happened; the hatch overlapped the boundary. However, when I created a new filled region boundary by tracing your original boundary, the hatch pattern did not overlap the boundary.
CONCLUSION: It's broke.

hi Barthbradley,
Thank you for your answer and apologise for the late reply. I tried the same as per your instruction but still get the same problem. How did you the boundary? Did you start a fill region and then used Pick Line to select the boundary from the existing region?
