I'm trying to assign a 1 HR filled region pattern to the rated walls, but the filled region is not aligning with the wall properly. It works in other Revit models but in the template I'm working now is not working. I have already a lot of things in there that I don't want to create a new template file and transfer everything. Please Help

What version of Revit are you using? Is it up to date?
Have you tried to remove and reload the filled region?
What about other filled regions - are they seeing the same issue?
It works if you apply the pattern to the wall type's Coarse Scale Fill Pattern. If you override the wall cut pattern using any other method such as a view filter or override element/category in view, then the pattern will not align to the wall orientation.
Thanks responding so quick, Im using Revit 2020.2.6 and I did try creating and reloading the patterns.
The screen shot shows to template files and you can see it works in one, both has the same filter applied to the view template and both has drafting patterns. I have also try to audit the template but still not solving the issue.
In your VV overrides, is there any way there is an override on the detail level of the wall category?
When I test this using a filter to apply the custom hatch, the detail level of the view affects how it is displayed. At coarse, it displays as aligning with the wall orientation, but in medium or fine it reverts to displaying oriented to the view.
This actually worked but then this pattern will show in all other views. I need to just show it in my life safety plans. The fact that works in other templates but not in this template is what frustrate me. Is there a way to repair a file other than audit?
I just tried this and the problem persist. Thanks very much for testing at your end.

If other views can be Medium or Fine then Coarse pattern should not show.
If other views must be Coarse then simply VG and turn off Cut Pattern for Walls category, that would turn it off for all walls. If you only want to turn off the pattern for fire rated walls then create a filter for Walls > Fire Rating is greater than 0 > add the filter to you view template > untick Cut Pattern for the filter.
Are you able to attach the template files that have the issue? Have you compared the details between view templates to ensure there isn't something different between them?
I have tested the project file and the template... either way, what I think is happening is the filter is enabled but your override of the cut pattern in the wall area is causing the filter to switch it's behaviour.
but when the pattern override is turned off the pattern switches to the orientation you want:
so, to have the orientation you want, you cannot have any overrides on the pattern for walls or it seems to change the pattern display. i think this is just Revit behaviour that can't be changed
I think @ToanDN mentioned this behaviour above. ANY override on the wall will mess with the orientation of the pattern override.
Now its working
.
Thank you @emodderman and @ToanDN, I was not aware that overwrites could cause this type of behaviors.
I'm having the same problem with my walls. It works in one model, but not the other. Walls, patterns, and filters are identical.
Notice the pattern in the green walls doesn't rotate to match the wall element. in the second model, but it works in the first model.
Problem solved. Found this in the template where the pattern did not work:
Removed the overrides and it works just fine.
